1 lb bow tie pasta
1 pint cherry tomatoes - halved
8 oz fresh mozarella - cut
1/4 C olive oil
salt & pepper
1/2 C torn fresh basil
1/4 C grated parmesan
Prepare pasta. Combine rest of ingredients (not basil). Cover and set aside, off of heat until cheese is melted. Stir in basil and serve.
